Since NYMMO’s inception in December 2015 the Yorkshire Air Ambulance has been the main beneficiary of all the NYMMO held charity events including clay shoots, raffles and auctions.
The Yorkshire Air Ambulance provides a vital service to the rural communities and they rely on the generosity of individuals and organisations to help save lives across the whole of Yorkshire. In order to keep both of the Yorkshire air ambulances in the air they need to raise £12,000 per day which is the equivalent of £4.4 million every year.
Yesterday NYMMO were pleased to handover a cheque for £3,333.33 to Linda from the Yorkshire Air Ambulance which meant the donations from NYMMO since 2015 have now totalled over £21,500.00. Thank you to Emylou Mac photography for the cheque presentation images.
The team of Gamekeepers have raised the money this year through sweepstakes, raffles, donations, sales of NYMMO merchandise, a swear box and a great deal of tugging on the heart strings and emotional blackmail.
A massive well done to all concerned and the estate teams are already looking to mirror this feat in 2019.
