NYMMO Charity Clay Shoot

The weather was perfect, the Thimbleby Shooting Ground was a brilliant setting and the staff and volunteers did a brilliant job in ensuring the day ran smoothly.

There was a massive turnout far exceeding our expectations with 156 entries in the individual 100 bird sporting and 13 teams entered in the 200 bird Grouse flush.

Thank you to everyone who helped us make this day possible, Thimbleby Shooting Ground for allowing us to host, S.G. Petch for the use of the Isuzu Utah to transport all the “gear”, everyone who generously supplied us with raffle prizes, all of the keepers who took on scoring roles and of course Jimmy Shuttlewood for his presentation, raffle giving and also auctioning skills.

The day was without doubt a resounding success and we are proud to say that we have raised £4,415.65 for NYMMO and Yorkshire Air Ambulance.

Hope to see you all again next year for more of the same.
